I can’t thank you all enough for the support since Doreen was officially declared what we all, sadly, knew her to be: a homicide victim. There has been - rightfully - a good deal of debate on this page on whether that’s entirely good news for us. I am glad a lot of you can see that there is gray area in its initial promise given my frustrating experience with the PD. But believe me, it’s something to celebrate. Because the fight is still not done, and I am getting better and better at making lemons out of lemonade. I’ll keep quiet on my plan here, since I still owe the Hearing Officer another brief and she still needs to make a decision, but trust me. Would I lie to you guys?
